Located about 100m from the sea and the marina, just 20m from the Rivière D'Abord, you can walk to the beaches and the bustling city center. An ideal base to criss-cross Reunion!

Our one-bedroom flats can accommodate up to 4 people in a separate bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The studio can accommodate 2 people in one double bed.
Each accommodation has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The kitchen / living room has a television set.

OUR RATES
Studio for 2 persons:
280€ / week
(that is 40€ per night)
Flat for 3 persons:
350€ / week
(that is 50€ per night)
+ 10€ per extra person per night
You can book an accommodation if you wish to stay a full week.
Weekend (Friday and Saturday nights):150€ for 2 people
A 30% down payment will be requested on booking,
the balance being payable on arrival.
Damage deposit: 300€
Pets are not allowed.
