Overlooking the southern coast of Reunion Island, the Ferme du Kilimanjaro is located not far from the Piton de la Fournaise volcano and also offers a splendid view on the Piton des Neiges massif.
In addition to their activity as beekeepers, Serena and Sergio have decided to create this eco-guest-house inspired by their desire to preserve the biodiversity of their environment on their land of 3000 m² planted with numerous fruit and endemic trees.
In the pleasant freshness of this altitude of 1600 meters, the two pretty caravans have a double room (queen-size bed) and a single bed for a child, a wood stove (which can heat the caravan from June to September), a bathroom and dry toilets (easy to use).

The electricity and the water heater are solar, and the linen (sheets, towels ...) is made of organic cotton, and the soap is natural.Not far from the caravans, Nature, cows, and the apiary in which your hosts spend most of their time and which they will be happy to show you!
To have a rest and enjoy the panorama, deck chairs and small garden furniture are waiting for you in the private solarium near each caravan.
You will be able to discover the products of the farm, the exciting profession of beekeeper, and take advantage of the advice provided by Serena and Sergio who know the hiking trails that lead to the nearby volcano, the botanical trails and those you can take to walk across the island…

Our table d'hôtes can welcome you on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays evenings in austral summer (from October to May).

Dish: pizza on a wood fire on Tuesdays / grilled meat or fish with rice and veggies on Fridays and Saturdays
For dessert: gourmet coffee, tea or herb tea
