On the markets of the West coast, everyone knows Laya Food, the only stand where customers queue patiently to feast on Asian specialties prepared by Theo Vu.
At the request of his customers, Theo opened a restaurant in the heart of St Gilles les Bains, which offers roasted and Peking meats, dishes and appetizers with the perfume of Asia all week long ...
A former scholar and current member of Les Toques Blanches, Théophile Vu is a professional chef. His parents being Vietnamese restaurateurs, Théo has grown up in this atmosphere since his childhood.
Théo has adapted Asian classic recipes and offers authentic dishes, often revisited and always tasty, within reach of every palate.
Present on the markets of the island these past few years, Théo opened a catering laboratory and take-away for food lovers who want to enjoy his Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine on weekdays.
