Located in Etang Salé at an altitude of 150 m, near the village center and 10 minutes from the sea, the ZOT CASE EN NATTE cottage is a nineteenth century Creole house rebuilt in the tradition of old skills, adapted to its environment and sustainable development. Its neighbor, ZOT CASE EN DUR, also illustrates the Creole habitat, in a more contemporary version.

In all seasons Etang Salé, a small town with many charms, is unveiled over the course of walks, enriched by its "heights" (the area on the slopes of the mountain), its coastline and its black sand beach, its forest and its little Reunionese Creole houses.

The majestic landscapes of the South summits leave an unforgettable memory. Ideal for visiting the four corners of the island, from the shores to the mountainous cirques.

Both gites offer:
• Between the 2 cottages is a fenced pool accessible to both rentals.
• Linen: duvets with covers, sheets, pillows, tea towels, tablecloths

Zot Case en Natte Creole Cottage

Staying in Zot Case en Natte is an opportunity to taste and learn about the charm of the Creole life, where wood mixes with mineral, in a calm and quiet atmosphere to enjoy old time moments.

Zot Case en Natte can accommodate 4 or 5 people.

Inside you’ll find:
• 1 double bedroom with a canopy bed and A/C
• 1 twin room with two single beds and A/C
• 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine
• A room with a spare bed

Modern version of the Creole habitat, Zot Case en Dur is located right next to Zot Case en Natte, and both can be rented together.

This cottage can accommodate up to 6 people.

• 1 twin room (2 single beds) with air conditioning
• 1 modern shower room with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, hair dryer
